Fulham and West Brom are both keen to keep up the momentum after superb runs of form which have propelled both clubs into the top half of the Barclays Premier League.

The Cottagers picked up their third consecutive League win with a 5-0 victory over Wolves, helped by a hat-trick by new signing Pavel Pogrebnyak - who has hit five goals in three matches since joining.

We??re a team capable of getting into the top 10- Brede Hangeland

And the Baggies also made it nine points from nine as they battled to an impressive 1-0 victory over high-flying Chelsea in what proved to be Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas's final match in charge.

Fulham defender Brede Hangeland said the Wolves match was the best performance of the season for Martin Jol's men.

Everything seemed to click, so it was a good day at the office, Hangeland told Fulham's official website.

The Norwegian added: We??re a team capable of getting into the top 10, so it??s all about trying to replicate thatperformance as many times as possible and we??ll be really hard to beat.

??We have three wins in a row and obviously we??ll try and keep that going as long as we can. We're confident, we're in good form and we??ll try and keep it going.
Hard work
Hangeland said Pogrebnyak's impressive start at Craven Cottage had lifted everyone at the club,

If he keeps going like this, who knows where it??s going to end? he said.

I??m very happy for him. The goals are one thing but he works so hard which is what you want to see especially as a defender.

West Brom skipper Chris Brunt, who returned from a fractured ankle to play as a 64th-minute substitute in the 1-0 win over Chelsea, said new faces had also provided a boost for the Baggies.

Is beating Chelsea the biggest win since I've been here? It certainly shows how far we've come- Chris Brunt

Liam Ridgewell and Keith Andrews both played the full 90 minutes on Saturday and Brunt told West Brom's website: The three bodies in midfield are working well for us and bringing in Liam and Keith has helped.

They haven't put a foot wrong and maybe given us that lift we needed.

Saturday marked only the second time that West Brom have won three successive Barclays Premier League matches and Brunt added: It was great to be involved.

It's hard not being involved so to get the win on Saturday was brilliant. Three victories in the Premier League is a great achievement for us.

Is it the biggest win since I've been here? It certainly shows how far we've come. We were the better side all over the park.

It shows the progression we've made.

Fulham, who are now eighth in the Barclays Premier League visit Aston Villa on Saturday while West Brom - now 10th - face a tough trip to Manchester United.
